To unlock the coordinator dashboard, recurring tests, white-label or API access, the Starter ($29/mo), Team ($79/mo), and Scale ($199/mo) subscription tiers cover the typical institution.

For NGOs, school districts, and consultancies who need full localisation (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), branded experience, and an institutional dashboard tuned to their KPIs, we build a partnership. We handle translation, brand theming, and dashboard configuration end-to-end — partners do not need to provide translators or psychometric reviewers. The engagement starts with a discovery call to scope. We work with NGOs and schools globally on this basis.

(1) Closed loop — JobCannon does not stop at "here is your career match"; it identifies the specific skills the student is missing for that career and recommends free courses to bridge the gap. Naviance and Morrisby end at the report. (2) Knowledge Graph — 2,536 careers and 1,533 skills with 64,317 verified relationships, regenerated continuously from O*NET and live job-posting data. YouScience and CareerExplorer ship a static taxonomy. (3) Pricing — competitors charge £15-25 per student per year. We use a five-tier subscription model: free tier for trial, $29-199/mo for paid tiers, custom for Enterprise — flat per organisation, not per student.

Setup for a free pilot is under 48 hours from request to invite link. Students take the core RIASEC + Big Five battery in 25-35 minutes. Career Guide delivery is instant after completion. For paid tiers with branded onboarding the typical timeline is one week from contract to launch. White-label partnerships scope at three to eight weeks depending on locale and dashboard customisation.

All assessment data is stored on EU servers with GDPR-compliant retention. Coordinators see aggregate cohort metrics by default — never raw individual answers. Individual student summaries (archetype, top career matches) are only visible to coordinators when the student explicitly consents during the assessment. Students can request deletion at any time. We do not sell data, and we do not use cohort data to train models.

Spanish is in active build for the white-label tier following demand from Latin American partners. Other languages are scoped on request as part of a partnership engagement. We handle translation and bilingual psychometric review in-house — partners do not need to provide translators.
